  I contacted Graham as we had a lot of drafts in our windows and as a result we also had bad condensation and we could hear a lot of traffic noise due to living close to a motorway. Our home was very cold during winter months and on one window frame we could actually see through the gap to the outside. Graham was able to identify over the phone, what he thought the problems were and was even able to give us a rough quote in advance for the work too. which was great, as there is nothing worse than finding out after a job, how much it will be. He gave me a date and time to arrive actually arrived early on the day. Graham had all windows (8 of them) fixed in less than 2 hours. He was very tidy, clean and was friendly and professional. He put a lot of effort into fixing our worst window (he said he wouldn't let it beat him) and also spent time showing me what was wrong and how he was repairing them. The difference in my house now since getting my windows fixed is incredible. I've since recommended Graham to friends, family and also work colleagues as it is difficult to find tradesmen who take pride in their work like this and who actually turn up (let alone early) for the job. I can highly recommend Graham to anyone who has a problem with their windows and doors. 5 stars from me
