The service provided at FSM Bray to its members is second to none and i wouldn't train anywhere else! Not only have my strength and fitness levels increased massively but the training has improved my energy levels also. There is a great community atmosphere at the facility which i would attribute to the wide range of varying clients availing of the service. This makes it an enjoyable and relaxing place to train and improve your personal health.
